We take chèvre cheese and roll it in crushed pistachios, drizzle it with honey and top it with a fabulous warm fig jam. Served with a selection of crackers. This one is a favorite to many.

Tart cranberries and luxurious melted brie are a match made in heaven. We add fresh thyme and lemon zest before finishing with a drizzle of honey. Baked in a crispy sourdough bread bowl thats perfect to be pulled apart and shared.

Perfectly seasoned slow roasted aged beef is shredded and piled high on a ciabatta bun and smothered with provolone cheese. Served with Au Jus.

We blend fresh spinach, mozzarella, ricotta and feta cheeses and top that with sun dried tomatoes and black olives. Toasted to perfection on sourdough.

Delicious corned beef, stacked on pumpernickel rye and topped with sauerkraut, house made Russian dressing and a blend of specialty cheese.
